About Us

ReStart Fine Art began in the fall of 2006 as the vision of Sam Dinos and Pat Plomgren, both avid art collectors. The original idea was to have a place where people could sell paintings and prints that they no longer had a use for and buy “gently viewed” works at a reasonable cost. The response was overwhelming.

In the fall of 2007, Sam and Pat decided to expand by having several local artists, who were not represented by galleries, bring in some of their pieces. They were called “spot light” artists. From this idea, came Four Paces Gallery. Four Paces Gallery is a group of artists Sam and Pat like to call our “up and coming artists”. These artists sell their works at very reasonable prices allowing the young and old an opportunity to have a home or office filled with color!

Sam and Pat are thrilled at the response to both ReStart Fine Art and Four Paces Gallery and hope that you enjoy viewing the art online as well as visiting us at the Historic Pace House in Vinings for our next show.
